IMPORTANT PLEASE READ :
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONs
* DEPOSITS are all non-refundable and non-transferable to another booking.
* Deposits are as follows :
- one to three nights stay - one night's deposit
- four to six nights stay - two night's deposit
- seven to ten nights stay - four night's deposit
- ten nights or more stay - five night's deposit
* The balance of all camping fees is payable in full 10 days prior to date of arrival. If full payment has not been received by day 10 prior to arrival, you will lose the pitch and it will be offered to someone else.
* Cancellations - We require 10 days notice, before your arrival date, if you wish to cancel your booking. If bookings are cancelled or you decide you don't want to come, 10 days or less prior to your arrival date, the balance must still be paid in full and no refunds are given. Any refunds which fall within our terms and conditions are subject to a £5 admin fee.

BRINGING FRIENDS & FAMILY :
All pitches are 10 m x 10 m and so there is plenty of room to add friends and family to your pitch to ensure you are camped together ! See discounted rates above for this option.
If you want separate pitches but wish to be next to friends and family, please stipulate this at the point of booking and we will endeavour to group you together, but it does depend on existing bookings and availability.
We have certain areas of Garden Field which lend themselves well to larger groups of four tents/vans or more. If booked in here as a large group, We tend to allocate you the "area" and so charge per unit, so the discounted "add-on" rate does not apply in these circumstances.
No groups under the age of 18 I'm afraid ! You will be removed from the site if you cannot produce ID when asked.

All pitches are £25 per night for :
One Standard Tent/Bell Tent/Roof Tent/Trailer Tent Plus One Vehicle For Up to 5 Persons
OR
One Campervan/Transit/Bongo/Motorhome etc Plus Awning or Tent For Up to 5 Persons
* Additional Persons in Excess of 5 are £2 per person per night.
* Additional Car is £5 per night.
* Hire a Fire Pit for £5 per night & wood is available for £6 a bag.
* Small pup tent for dog or storage £5 per night
ADD FRIENDS & FAMILY TO YOUR PITCH :
Add a One or Two Man Tent for £10 per night or
add a larger tent or campervan for £15 per night
