2026 Tariff – South Devon Camping

Camping at South Devon Camping is simple and great value. The basic pitch price includes space for ONE tent or campervan for up to 5 people and 1 vehicle, with the option to add friends or family to your pitch if you’d like to camp together.  Price includes gazebo, awning, dogs, USB phone charging, fridges and freezers.

Before You Book


  • We don’t take standard caravans (small pods only – please email to book).
  • Motorhome pitches are limited – please email to check availability.
  • Minimum stay: 3 nights over August Bank Holiday.
  • One-night weekend bookings: by prior arrangement only.
  • Dogs: free and welcome (excluding any listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991).


Coastal walkers are very welcome — just call on the day. Rate: £15 per night for one person with a small tent and no vehicle (pre-booked pitches £25 per night).

Good to Know


  • Additional people over 5 are £3 per person per night (up to a maximum of 8 per tent).
  • Extra cars are £5 per night.
  • Fire pits are available for hire at £5 per night, and wood is £6 per bag.
  • No extra charge for dogs, gazebos, awnings, trailers fridges, freezers or USB phone charging.
  • No electric hook-up available.

Group Bookings

All pitches are 10m x 10m and so there is plenty of room to add friends and family to your pitch to ensure you are camped together. Or if you want separate pitches, but wish to be next to friends and family, please stipulate this at the point of booking. Garden Field is also ideal for larger groups who prefer to camp in a circle or shared area.


Deposits & Cancellations


  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The balance is due 14 days before arrival. Unpaid bookings will be released.
  • Cancellations: at least 14 days’ notice required. Later cancellations must still be paid in full.
  • Refunds (where applicable) incur a £5 admin fee.

Arrival & Departure


  • Arrival: any time after 12:00pm – no formal check-in, just arrive at your pitch, unpack and relax
  • Departure: by 11:00am.
  • Pitch numbers are emailed the day before arrival
  • You may request to stay in the main site or Garden Field at the point of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
